Peonies are an absolute favorite, but we cannot grow them here. I can buy them once a year in a limited time window and I fill two vases…….What a lovely post!
Thank you. That’s interesting that you can’t grow peonies because you seem to grow most everything else. A lot of the NZ peonies are exported. Perhaps each year you are filling your vase with the perfume of NZ. Mmmm; do they have a scent? Mine do, but I don’t know if all peonies have a scent.
